Once your order is complete and quality checked, a tracking number will be provided to you following dispatch within 24 hours.
We ship worldwide and provide complimentary Free Express Shipping.
We choose to use Fedex or DHL for all international shipments and Royal Mail Next Day Delivery or courier DHL for UK shipments.
RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
We do not offer returns or exchanges as every garment is custom made to order.

My garment looks slightly different.
As you know all of our timeless pieces are made to order custom garments, handcrafted with care and time. We endeavour to ensure all our garments are quality checked prior to dispatch. However, slight irregularities and variations should not be regarded as a defect.
What do I do if I want to cancel my order?
Once an order has been placed we can only cancel within 6 hours as all orders go into immediate production due to the custom nature.
